Document apostille

Transcript apostille in Maryland

Academic transcripts from Maryland universities, colleges and high schools.

Route: Notarized by your school's registrar, signed before a Maryland notary public → Clerk of the Circuit Court certification → Maryland Secretary of State apostille → shipped to you

Transcripts are usually requested alongside a diploma for graduate admission, credential evaluation and professional licensing overseas.

Ask your registrar for an official transcript with a notarized statement attached. Sealed envelopes are not needed for the apostille, and we may need to open them for processing, so tell the registrar it is for an apostille.

The notarized transcript goes to the Circuit Court clerk for certification and then to the Secretary of State for the apostille.
